KISSING BOOTH
A PLAY BY JAKE STEWART
DIRECTED BY MADELINE ANDERSON
SYNOPSIS
The strings that tie us to other people are sometimes much weaker than we think. And the people that they're tied to are sometimes just the worst.
This here's a play about romantic optimism, and what falls out if you use it as a piñata.
When you're too broke to sponsor a child and too privileged to complain, all your junk is bound to come out sometime. Ya know, like at that guy's twenty-third birthday party, or during an ironic film marathon, or vodka...
In this play, love does what it does best –
whatever it wants.
